RETIRED
Our former stud is an AKC/APRI dual registered black poodle. In summer he starts his day with the casual swim across our pool just for fun. He is a goofy laid back silly pack leader all in one. He loves to play fetch, be rolled over by his fellow females and have his hair done! He stands tall and proud yet has a completely gentle demeanor as well. He is a stud muffin!!
RETIRED
Our former Dam is an NAPB/APRI dual certified registered purebred yellow Labrador retriever. She loves water and chasing fish. She’s faster in the water than on land but will knock herself out to keep returning a ball! She has a not so secret obsession with car rides, sloppy kisses and sleeping under the bed!
Look at this PROUD Mama Zoey with her 9 new puppies!! What a Fabulous first litter!
Labradoodles are intelligent and need to be mentally and physically stimulated. The Labradoodle can be a high-energy dog. They require about 30 to 60 minutes of exercise/play per day.
Every puppy requires training and there’s nothing better than a good start. AKC.org has many great articles to be a successful new pet parent. https://www.akc.org/expert-advice/training/setting-schedules-and-developing-a-routine-for-your-new-puppy/
An F1 Labradoodle with a standard Poodle parent will weigh anywhere between 45 to about 75 pounds.
A Labradoodle needs one or two brushings per week, as well as regular grooming that includes ear cleaning and nail clipping.
Coat Description
Straight and fluffy hair on the body. Facial hair is longer with more distinctive eyebrows, beard, and mustache
Coat Maintenance & Grooming
Moderate to high maintenance, as the hair keeps continuously growing and will therefore need regular grooming
Shedding
Some to light shedding
Coat Description
Straight or slightly wavy hair that sits flat on the body. The face is smooth with shorter hair. No distinctive Doodle look
Coat Maintenance & Grooming
Low maintenance, as unfurnished Doodles aren’t as prone to tangles and matting, and their hair only grows to a predetermined length
Shedding
Might shed more than straight coat Doodles
Your Labradoodle puppy has been wormed here every two weeks. This should be continued until he/she is 3 months old, again at 6 months, and then every 3 months until they are one year old. Heartworm prevention should start at 3 months. See your Vet for more details.
We will give your puppy its first set of vaccinations (CDV, CAV1, CAV2, CPV and Bordatella). The puppies boosters should be given at 12 to 14 weeks. This is also the time when a puppy should receive its Rabies vaccination. Again - please see your vet for more details.
We will be microchipping each puppy and providing all necessary information in for you to register online with the registry of your choice. There are many options available at no cost as well as many with a subscription. It is also advised that you give your Doodles microchip information to your vet and local shelter. This is an excellent way to recover your pet if he/she is ever lost or stolen.
Everyone loves gifts and your new puppy is no exception! Your pup will receive some fun goodies, necessities, a portion of food that your puppy has been eating to mix as your pup adjusts with your new food of choice as well as some valuable information for the new pet parents.
